Thanks! I don't have literary aspirations, but just because my books feature a bodgy pilot in the *gasp* science fiction genre it doesn't mean I'm going to slap out any old junk to meet a deadline.
During my endless rewrites and polishes every word and sentence is carefully considered, and the writing is as good as I can possibly make it.
(Over the past three books I'd say my editor has found less than half a dozen typos in each manuscript. Each of the first two went to print with a couple in, found afterwards, but nobody has found one in the third yet.)
A dozen drafts or more is a zany workload, but you only get one chance, right?

:) It's what forced my hand in reviewing your books. Personally, I think book 3 should be required reading in all writing classes.
Thanks for the books again, and I just ordered the set as a gift for my brother.

No one's found a typo in book three yet? Hm... I smell a challenge.
Seriously, I love the books and *checking my comments* I think you've just made someone a very happy fish. :)
alternatefish has been commenting & responding to my book draws for a while, without ever winning. So, time for the payout ;-)
:)
I have told you what a wonderful person you are, right? :)
